The web tracking portal uses Active Scripting in order to display the position of the unit on the map. If you cannot see the map, you may need to enable Active Scripting for your web browser. Please see the details for the relevant browser below.
Internet Explorer : With the webpage open, select Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom Level. Scroll down the Security settings window and look for an entry called 'Active scripting', change the setting to either 'Prompt' (you will be asked to select 'Yes' to allow the page to display the map when it refreshes every two minutes) or 'Enable' which will allow the page the refresh automatically. Select OK > OK > OK. Then refresh the page.
Mozilla Firefox: With the webpage open, select Tools > Options > tick Enable JavaScript > OK. Then refresh the page.
Safari (MAC): With the webpage open, select Safari > Preferences > tick Enable JavaScript > Close the window. Then refresh the page.
