Customer Information
Customer information is not sold, rented or lent to any other organisation. Your information is only used in conjunction with the processing of your orders which may involve divulging it to a bank as part of your credit card approval process.
Delivery
It is our policy to dispatch all orders for next day working day delivery if placed by 3pm subject to the item being in stock. We do however request that customers allow up to seven days for delivery. If on receiving an order we are unable to deliver an item within seven days, we will contact you. Delivery is by either Royal Mail or Initial City Link. In most cases a signature is required upon delivery.
VAT
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. If you wish to order something for delivery outside the UK where VAT is not chargeable such as the channel islands then please call.
Other Duties & Taxes
Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties charged by the receiving country for which we hold no responsibility, any local taxes or duties remain the responsibility of the customer.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo. We also accept UK cheques and postal orders. We are unable to accept American Express. All goods purchased must be paid for at the time of ordering. In the event of a payment being dishonoured for any reason after dispatch of an order, We reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount at 5% above the prevailing base rate of Bank Of England.
Using Vouchers
These can only be used where the total of your purchase exceeds the amount of the voucher (excluding P&P).
Discount Codes
We reserve the right to reject any order not placed in accordance with the terms of the discount codes.
Warranties
All products we sell come with manufacturers warranties, most are 1 year. If your product is faulty when you first receive it please contact us for a replacement. If the unit develops a fault please contact the manufacturer for a repair or replacement in line with their instructions.
Refunds & Exchanges
Under the terms of the Sale of goods act 1979, faulty or incorrect goods should be returned to us within a reasonable time after purchase. You can request an exchange of goods, or a full refund.
Returns
If after purchasing a product you change your mind, return it to us within fourteen days, complete and undamaged. We will provide a refund of the cost of the item. Please contact us in the first instance for a returns number. We will at our discretion accept returns after 14 days but reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee to cover our credit card, postage and administration fees. Please note that software and products containing software such as satellite navigation systems are non returnable if the software seal is broken.
